Hi I can't get the holder that holds the spool to stay in place it is loose and causes the needle to get stuck and thread gets tangled. I removed it by accident and I am unsure wither it is in the right place. Please provide details. Thank you.

The fashion maker which is motor attached does not move at all.
There is power supply and the machine when pressed makes only a sound
and does not move. Why ?
