I had total knee replacement in Dec.2009. My entire leg is 'hot'. I
notice it at night. Sometime my knee is so swollen that I have to use a
cane. X-rays from Dr, shows no infection. Sometimes, I experience
'cold areas' while sitting. I do not nor did I have a replacement
because of arthritis. I had a previous knee injury in 1989, an
accident, and dr. set leg crooked and as I got older it continued to
increase - as a result I requested a new knee. Why the 'heat' and
swelling still, four years later?
